Their passion for raising awareness for cystic fibrosis comes from their son who was diagnosed at 2 weeks old after several complications. Camden has had 6 hospitalizations, 3 surgeries and numerous other cystic fibrosis related complications. His care is managed by Nemours Childrens Health in Jacksonville FL.

Cystic Fibrosis is a life-threatening genetic disease for which there is no cure. Cystic Fibrosis affects the lungs, digestive system, sinuses, reproductive system, and many more. Many people living with cystic fibrosis are pancreatic insufficient and have to take pancreatic enzymes to digest their food. Their bodies have a hard time clearing mucus, so they spend time doing chest therapy and generally have several inhaled medications each day.
